Marketing Manger

LCE are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and establish the marketing department for our company. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with strong experience in digital marketing, brand building, and establishing all marketing tools, both traditional and modern. The Marketing Manager will build a high-performing marketing team and drive the brand's growth and market presence. The employee will work from our office in Cairo, Egypt to manage the company's operations based in Saudi Arabia.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify target markets, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Establish a clear brand vision and positioning in the market.
Team Building and Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, ensuring the team is motivated, well-coordinated, and aligned with the company's vision.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages creative thinking and continuous improvement.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, content marketing, email marketing, events, etc.).
Ensure all campaigns are data-driven, with clear KPIs and metrics to measure success and return on investment (ROI).
Brand Management:
Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
Enhance brand awareness and reputation through strategic public relations and media outreach.
Digital Marketing:
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
Increasing conversion rates, Build and improving the website's ranking in search results, boosting revenue, among others.
Leverage data analytics to optimize digital campaigns and improve performance.
Utilize Google tools such as Google Analytics for tracking and reporting website traffic and user behavior.
Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Use Google Search Console to monitor and improve website performance in search engine results.
Optimize Google My Business listings to enhance local search visibility and customer engagement.
Implement and track conversions using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate measurement of marketing efforts.
Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance digital campaign effectiveness.
Traditional Marketing:
Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies such as print advertising, events, and direct mail campaigns.
Ensure a cohesive approach between traditional and digital marketing efforts.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Mentioning the challenges facing the company in the marketing field, such as intense competition, budgetary constraints, and potential opportunities for growth and expansion.
Analyze data to make informed decisions and provide insights to drive marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Monitor and report on financial performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve financial targets.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance marketing efforts and expand market reach.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Performance Reporting:
Regularly report on the performance of marketing activities to the COO.
Utilize data and analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a managerial role, preferably multinational company.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of the Saudi market and cultural insights is highly desirable.
